The Hartco Eclipser
DESCRIPTION: Hand-held, manually operated, lightweight pneumatic fastening tool that fastens two wires together by wrapping and pressing a clip around them. The Hartco Eclipser uses 12-inch long strips of collated metal clips that are loaded manually by operator.
